SYNDICATION

Property syndication is a direct property investment that allows smaller investors the opportunity to invest in high-quality commercial and industrial real estate.

This pooling of capital allows smaller investors the opportunity to participate in investments often reserved for the larger, more sophisticated investors. It is an effective and affordable way to invest that has grown in popularity in the past few years.

Focus on Property manages and maintains all property syndicates on behalf of the investors, meaning the you don’t have to worry about the hassle of day-to-day property management matters.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Focus on Property has in excess of $300M in property under management throughout New Zealand. This includes 85 buildings and over 250 individual tenants. 

We work hard for all our investors by undertaking all day-to-day management and long-term strategic planning for all properties.

For peace of mind, and to keep you informed, we issue monthly financial reports and bi-monthly written reports providing an in-depth account of the properties activity.

DEVELOPMENT

Focus on Property is built on a strong commercial development background with many of our staff holding their own portfolios of refurbished offices and commercial buildings. Changing the use of a space is major undertaking, however we know first-hand that in many cases it can be the key to releasing the higher potential of a commercial property.

We have experience in obtaining Resource Consents and Building Consents to ensure projects are delivered on time. Rest assured, our investors are fully informed of risk and are involved throughout the entire project.
